Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 tea cup milk and 1 tea cup water (1:1 ratio)
  • 4 medium eggs or 3 XL eggs
  • 1/3 tablespoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3-4 small vanilla packets (2g each) or one 10g packet
  • 2-3 cups flour
  • About 1/5 cup fat (preferably coconut oil, olive oil, vegetable oil, or avocado oil also work)

Preparation

  1. Mix by hand: the eggs, water, milk, and seasonings
  2. Sift the flour through a strainer and add it to the mixture
  3. Finally, add the fat and mix by hand again
  4. Cook in a pan without added fat

Helpful Tips

You can use two pans to cook them faster. These pancakes turn out very thin and large, so I recommend using a pan with a diameter of at least 24 cm
