Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 tea cup milk and 1 tea cup water (1:1 ratio)
- 4 medium eggs or 3 XL eggs
- 1/3 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3-4 small vanilla packets (2g each) or one 10g packet
- 2-3 cups flour
- About 1/5 cup fat (preferably coconut oil, olive oil, vegetable oil, or avocado oil also work)
Preparation
- Mix by hand: the eggs, water, milk, and seasonings
- Sift the flour through a strainer and add it to the mixture
- Finally, add the fat and mix by hand again
- Cook in a pan without added fat
Helpful Tips
You can use two pans to cook them faster. These pancakes turn out very thin and large, so I recommend using a pan with a diameter of at least 24 cm
